Carla was tracking her bakery orders in Excel, by hand. No formulas. Month-end took her two hours, minimum. Now it's one tap. Then we noticed she was running the daily books in a second spreadsheet, so that moved in too. Built for her, used every day.
Made a page for my dog. He has 346 followers on Instagram and somehow got 218,000 views last month. The page is the calmer half of his internet presence.
The portfolio you're reading right now. One Python script bundles every page into a single Cloudflare Worker and pushes in 30 seconds. No framework, no build step, no node_modules. The deploy script is on GitHub.
Work
Eight years at ZS Associates. Started in Travel and Hospitality from Pune, now in Hi-Tech and Life Sciences from Buenos Aires. The work is turning messy data into decisions someone acts on.
- Built a pricing engine from scratch in Alteryx and SQL across 6,000+ hotels and 1,000+ accounts. Streamlined the company-wide annual RFP process.
- Cut a client's manual RFP processing by ~75% with an R and RPA pipeline. Hundreds of hours back to the team.
- Identified $20M+ in incremental revenue for a major hotel chain's procurement team. Proposed the vendor portal redesign that followed.
- Surfaced consumer intelligence from millions of online conversations on vaccine hesitancy and GLP-1 weight management for life sciences clients.
About
From Tirupati. Studied Mechanical Engineering at NIT Calicut, but my real interest was always in how organizations and people operate. That pull is what led me to consulting.
Based in Buenos Aires since 2022. Travel is how I force myself out of my own defaults. Lived in India and Argentina, traveled to six more, and somewhere along the way picked up enough Spanish to argue with cab drivers.
Outside the projects above, I keep notes, a movie diary, and a lab for half-finished things.
